Create intricate henna designs at home with our fine mesh silk stencils, designed to help you achieve beautifully detailed results without drawing freehand.

Each pattern begins as an original hand-drawn design and is carefully transformed into a silk stencil, allowing for finer and more intricate details than a traditional stencil.

How to Apply

1. Peel
Gently and slowly peel the stencil away from the backing paper. Take care when handling the delicate mesh layer.

2. Apply
Place the stencil onto clean, dry skin and gently press and tap it down, making sure it is securely attached.

3. Apply Your Henna
Apply the henna evenly across the mesh, making sure the full design is covered.

For best results, use henna with a thick consistency. Henna that is too runny may seep through the mesh and cause smudging.

We recommend testing your chosen henna on a small section first before applying a full design.

4. Leave & Remove

The correct removal time depends on the type of henna you are using.

Instant-Stain Henna
Leave the henna on until it has completely dried, then carefully remove the stencil.

Natural Henna
Remove the stencil within 60 minutes of application.

Natural henna contains oils that can begin to seep through the fine mesh if left for too long, which may cause the design to smudge.

5. Reveal
Carefully peel away the stencil to reveal your finished design. ✨

Natural Henna Aftercare

If you are using natural henna, good aftercare will help the stain develop.

After removing the stencil:

• Apply a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil
• Avoid washing the area for at least 6 hours from when the henna was first applied
• Keep the area away from water as much as possible during this time
• Allow the stain to develop naturally

For Best Results

• Use henna with a thick consistency
• Avoid runny henna
• Patch test your chosen henna first
• Handle the delicate mesh carefully
• If using natural henna, remove the stencil within 60 minutes
• Follow the natural henna aftercare guidance above
